On March 2nd, Kummara collaborates with Telkom Corporate University to present Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning (OFGBL) session for Great People Management Program IV (GPMP IV) Batch 44 & 45 about purpose and values. The session is joined by 59 participants.
The aim of this session is to increase understanding of the importance of having purpose and values as well as a reminder of Telkom’s purpose and values. Kummara team facilitated the Laksamana game session for 60 minutes. In Laksamana, each group lead by 2 “Laksamana” (admirals) has to sail 2 ships to reach an island with plenty of resources and then conquer it. The first Laksamana to arrive on the island will become the governor of the island. But there were lots of obstacles while sailing and they had to make sure that no ship was left behind.
After the play session finish, each participant then writes their play experience using Slido. Eko leads the de-briefing session by asking several questions from Slido and discuss the answer that shown. As a mini group assessment, facilitators reviewed all the actions chosen by the groups. From the actions that they take during the session, all groups showed a tendency to have good planning skills and very careful in making decisions to avoid bigger risks.
