The second Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning session with MANGGALA Mandiri Game-Based Learning Leadership was held on November 20, 2020. Attended by 70 participants from different divisions, the session focused on BUMN core values (AKHLAK) and Mandiri corporate values.

At the beginning of the session, Eko challenged the participants to find the answer to the problem statement: “Does an understanding of work values and culture is influential/important in our work process”. The participants then play MANGGALA board game for 40-50 minutes. After that, they went through the de-briefing process so the participants were able to gain insight from the game and relate them to the problem statement mentioned earlier.

MANGGALA Mandiri Game-Based Learning Leadership is a specially designed board game for Mandiri Corporate University that focused on leadership and corporate value learning.
