On August 25th, Kummara collaborates with Telkom Corporate University to present Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning (OFGBL) session for Great People Management Program III (GPMP III) Batch 46 about the importance of purpose and values.
Attended by 30 participants, Kummara team facilitated the Laksamana game session for 60 minutes. In Laksamana, each group lead by 2 “Laksamana” (admirals) has to sail 2 ships to reach an island with plenty of resources and then conquer it. There are lots of obstacles while sailing and they had to make sure that no ship was left behind. To be able to reach the island, the group needs to be lead by a great leader and each member needs to collaborate and communicate well.
After the play session finish, each group then write their play experience using the Post-Play Insight canvas. Eko leads the de-briefing session by asking several questions from the canvas that has been filled by participants. From the session, participants were reminded again that in every opportunity, we always have a choice and we have to put our common bigger interests ahead of our personal interests.
