After lunch break, Kummara was taking over with inviting participants playing game titled MAXY Game. With tagline “Doing More With Less”, this game expected can describe how to apply efficiency within business processes, surely with more interactive and fun way.
In this game, each team is packaging company who competes to gain most profit with limited source. The game itself will divided into five big phase; Budgeting, Shopping, Event, Playing/Coordinating and Scoring.
“There are some interesting points we can see here. For example, in the Budgeting phase, the smaller amount player chooses, the bigger points will be.” Eko Nugroho, CEO of Kummara Group, explained. “This represents that a small budget will “force” players to innovate and do better than before.”
In the post-play session, Eko once again invite participants to share their opinion, especially about what they feel after playing MAXY Game. “From this game we learned to analyze well, and don’t be afraid to take a risk.
