Kummara together with PT. FWD Life Indonesia held an Online Facilitated Game Based-Learning (OFGBL) for FWD’s new employee onboarding session on Wednesday (13/4). In this session they invite the participant to play “FWDPunya” – a game specially designed for PT FWD Life Indonesia about financial literacy and insurance awareness.

First introduced in Training of Trainers session for FWD in Jakarta, 17 June 2019, this is the first time FWDPunya played virtually with online game based-learning method. “This FWDPunya online version is the creation as part of our effort to adapting our service due to pandemic for the past two years. So that we can still collaborate with FWD without distance constraints.” Eko Nugroho, CEO of Kummara Group, explained.

With playing session around 60 minutes, players will try to manage their money while still enjoying various activities such as travelling and shopping. They can equipped themselves with FWD insurance product to protect them from unexpected events that happens during the activity. Players can also buy stocks and gold as a part of their financial plan because the player with the most money at the end of the game will be the winner.

Attended by approximately 50 people from new employee of FWD, this session is expects participant to have better financial literacy, also deeper knowledge about FWD’s insurance product in a fun and exciting way. “Sometimes we never know that risk is always exists, until we feel it ourselves.” said Eko. “Insurance can be one of the mitigation so that we can enjoy our life to the fullest without have to worry about unexpected events, because they can rely on (FWD Life) insurance.”
