On November 5, Eko Nugroho became one of the speakers at New Human Capital National Conference 2020 (HCNC 2020) held by PPM Manajemen. The theme of HCNC 2020 is New Approach In Learning and Development for Future Business Growth.

Titled “Gamification is the Future of Learning”, Eko talked about how corporate learning needs to be done differently, especially because of the pandemic. He shared his previous experience in designing gamified corporate learning, the process, and the result. Well-designed gamification can be a way to leverage corporate learning to achieve the objectives that we want. Eko also gave tips on how to initiate a gamification program in corporate.
