
On March 20-21, Kummara held a Training of Trainers session with PLN Corporate University on Power Marketer board game. 20 participants from PT PLN (Persero) from different cities of Indonesia came to learn and joined the session.
Power Marketer is designed for PLN staff to learn about Retail Account Marketing and Key Account Marketing. In this game, players become a PLN marketer team that needs to work together to gain more customer and sell more power to reach benefit. This game can be played by 5-8 players.
As a part of a game-based learning process, Power Marketer is equipped with a briefing session to introduce the game and de-briefing session to gain insights from participant to improve their knowledge and capability in marketing. Power Marketer also has high flexibility in terms of gameplay that makes lead facilitator can create variations/modifications on the game according to the learning materials/content that they want to present.
