
Kummara collaborates with Telkom Corporate University to present Online Facilitated Game Based Learning (OFGBL) session about leadership. This session becomes a part of Telkom Corporate University’s leadership development program called “Great People Managerial Program (GPMP)”. This online session is made based on the needs of GPMP III Batch 45 that fully delivered online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
OFGBL for Leadership attended by 30 participants from different units and regions. For 2 hours, participants divided into groups and facilitated by Kummara team to play Treasure of Punakawan board game. In Treasure of Punakawan, 4 players will played as punakawan character and 1 player will be chosen as a leader. Because they only have 40 minutes to solve 2 scenarios in 40 minutes, leader has to show his/her leadership skill and get the team to work together to complete the challenge.
After the play session finish, Eko lead the de-briefing session by asking several questions to the participants about the game and the play experience. Even though they only play for 40 minutes, the participants can relate their play experience as a simulation of leadership and teamwork in real life. Participants also able to gain insight about purpose and value through the game.
