
Kummara collaborates with Telkom Corporate University to present another Online Facilitated Game Based Learning (OFGBL) session about leadership. This session joined by 49 Telkom staff from Witel Denpasar and Malang divided into 2 sessions.
The aim of this session is to give experience about the importance of collaboration, show that every person has their own ability and role, and give an understanding about the importance of purpose as the key to collaboration. Kummara team facilitated the Treasure of Punakawan game session for 60 minutes. In Treasure of Punakawan, 4 players will play as punakawan characters and divided into 2 teams. They played 2 different scenarios, where they need to compete with each other and collaborate for a more difficult challenge.
After the play session finish, Eko leads the de-briefing session by asking several questions to the participants about the game and the play experience. From the session, participants can relate their play experience as a simulation of themself in a competitive situation and the insight from them is the key to collaboration are communication and leadership.
