In June 2020, Kummara collaborates with Mandiri Corporate University to present Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning (OFGBL) session about leadership.
OFGBL for Leadership joined by 105 Mandirian from SDP batch 4 and 5 and ODP batch 188, 189, and 190. The play session is divided into 2 sessions and each session is held for 1 hour. The objective of the play session is to remind Mandirian that every business process is a step to achieve Mandiri purpose and what they need are mindset, skillset, knowledge, and attitude.
The game that they play is MANGGALA Mandiri Game-Based Learning. As a team, they need to work together to find matching puzzle pieces that will connect start token to purpose token. They have 16 minutes to complete 3 rounds and they can select which time token to use in the planning and execution phase.
Eko leads the de-briefing session by asking several questions to the participants about the game and the play experience using chat features in Microsoft Teams. From the session, the participants able to gain insight into the importance of proactive, creative, and effective works as well as the role and abilities of each person in a team.
