In end of August, Kummara became the host of Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning sessions for 277 new employees of Telkom. The play sessions were divided into 4 sessions for 2 weeks to accommodate more intense and interactive engagement.
The main themes of the play session were Change Leadership, Strategic Relationship, and Nurturing People. As an introduction to leadership, the participants played Treasure of Punakawan. In Treasure of Punakawan, players work together with 4 Punakawan characters to collect 5 treasures between castle ruins before time runs out.
The play session aimed to give the experience for the participants how it feels to become a leader, a member of a team, and to collaborate to solve a challenge. Other objectives are 1. Accepting change, 2. Convince others of the need for change, 3. Using an appropriate formal approach to engage others in solving challenges, and 4 . Communicating openly.
This play session is a part of Integrated Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning specially made for Telkom Great People Trainee Program (GPTP) Batch XII.
