
Earlier this month, Kummara collaborates with Summit Auto Group Learning Center (SAG Learning Center) to present Online Facilitated Game-Based Learning (OFGBL) session about agility.
OFGBL for Leadership attended by 20 SAG Learning Center trainers divided into 4 groups. For 2 hours, participants divided into groups and facilitated by Kummara team to play Treasure of Punakawan board game. In Treasure of Punakawan, 4 players will play as punakawan characters and divided into 2 teams. They have to compete to be the first team that gets 3 stars from the treasure box on the board.
After the play session finish, Eko leads the de-briefing session by asking several questions to the participants about the game and the play experience using online canvas. Even though they only play for 30 minutes, the participants able to gain insight into the importance of learning agility, communication, collaboration and effective teamwork through the game.
